Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a travel healthcare professional. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
