As a Licensed Optical Sales Associate at U.S. Vision, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will work closely with the Optical Sales Manager to drive sales, control expenses, and achieve personal and store goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and positive experiences for patients, customers, colleagues, and business partners
  • Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs
  • Execute effective operational and procedural processes
  • Meet sales targets and control expenses
  • Work collaboratively with the Optical Sales Manager to achieve store goals
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed optician as required by state of New Jersey
  • Optical / Retail skills preferred
  • Sales ability to connect with customers, uncover their needs, and recommend items based on their needs
  • Polished and professional communication and customer-centric service skills
  • Able to use POS and computer systems
  • Capable of working with and servicing diverse people
  • Self-motivation, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback and learning
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance
  • Flexibility for scheduling, and able to work weekends, select holidays, as well as special sales events
  • Ability to meet the physical needs of the job and multi-task in a busy work environment
