About the Job

The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
  2. Supervise nursing assistants in their daily tasks and activities.
  3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must be a licensed LPN in the state of Ohio.
  • Previous experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred.
  • Customer Service skills are a must.

Estimate Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
