About the Role
- Develop expertise in a given product category and drive business growth through strategic product development and management.
- Research and source new products from domestic and international vendors, ensuring high-quality offerings that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and attend product tradeshows to stay up-to-date on market trends and manufacturing processes.
- Provide product recommendations based on competitor analysis, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Participate in vendor meetings and lead negotiation sessions to drive business results.
- Work closely with the Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, Compliance, and Pricing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Mentor and train Marketing Associates to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
