  • Utilize web-based management tools to efficiently process incoming cases and manage inventory.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all instrument sets and implants prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure all loaner sets are accurate and compliant with current documentation.
  • Replace any damaged or missing instruments within loaner sets.
  • Perform routine maintenance and testing on cleaning equipment.
  • Create shipping labels and manage the packaging and dispatch of all shipments.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure prompt product delivery.
  • Handle reverse logistics and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all training requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to thrive in time-sensitive situations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
