Job Overview

Deployed Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinician to lead our Child Well-being Program. As the point of contact for matters related to child well-being, you will provide advisement and decision support to our team, communicate program information to leadership, and manage program matters by offering professional opinions and technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advisement and decision support on child well-being, communicating program information to leadership.
  • Manage program matters by offering professional opinions and technical expertise on sector-wide child well-being and trauma-informed care concerns.
  • Coordinate special cases escalated by CWB Specialists, facilitating connections across local, state, and federal resources.
  • Engage with leadership and stakeholders to coordinate care and expedite placements.
  • Maintain and coordinate the surge support deployment plan for CWB Specialists as needed.
  • Collaborate with management on reporting requirements, initiatives, and information requests.
  • Implement guidance to ensure continuity of care, reduce duplication of efforts, and synchronize activities across the child well-being program.
  • Provide routine process and outcome metrics reports to monitor and evaluate program success.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related field; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Licensed as LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in relevant states.
  • 5+ years of experience in child development and trauma-centered care, including clinical evaluations with children and families.
  • 2+ years of management experience supervising staff.
  • Preferred experience in cultural humility, child development, and trauma-informed care training.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental U.S.
  • Must pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check post-offer.
