About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cakes that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cake Production: Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality in our baked goods.
  • Equipment Operation: Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to prepare and bake cakes.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards, and report any quality control issues to management.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work on a fast-paced production schedule.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand written and oral directions, and interpret instructional documents.
