Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician - Travel Position

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to fill a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrophysiology Technician to work in our esteemed healthcare facility. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using fluoroscopy and other specialized equipment.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during electrophysiology procedures.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and portable devices.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and obtaining informed consent.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide post-procedure care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient data.
Requirements:
  • Current IN license.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician.
  • Proven experience in electrophysiology procedures, with a strong focus on device implants and ablation procedures.
  • Proficiency in operating fluoroscopy machines and portable devices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GE MacLab/CardioLab equipment.
  • Experience with Boston Rhythmia equipment.
  • Experience with LAAO procedures.
