- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all hotel systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all hotel equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or college coursework in a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a hotel or related field, with a focus on maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
