Role Overview:
As a NICU nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to premature and critically ill newborns. Your duties will include:
- Conducting medical procedures and assisting NICU physicians in various treatments.
- Utilizing and adjusting specialized medical equipment to ensure optimal care.
- Developing nursing care plans and assessing the effectiveness of treatments.
- Providing emotional support and education to parents and family members regarding at-home care for their newborns.
The pay package is structured around 12-hour shifts, totaling 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
