Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled OTR Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at Wynne Transport Service, Inc. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for hauling liquid bulk general hazmat products across 48 states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a single hull stainless steel tanker trailer to transport liquid bulk general hazmat products.
  • Meet customer pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
  • Submit customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Inspect vehicles, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security.
  • Maintain a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
  • Class A CDL without restrictions: Manual (E), Air brakes (L, Z), Night driving (G), No semi-trailer (O), Intrastate only (K) or Medical variance (M).
  • Clean motor vehicle license.
  • 2 years of recent driving experience, with 12 months minimum of recent driving experience and 12 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.
  • Transportation Workers Identification (TWIC) preferred.
  • Valid DOT medical card.
  • Pass a urine drug test.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
