Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide direct care for individuals with disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living, such as household maintenance, transportation, and personal care. You will also build strong relationships with the individuals we serve, learning their unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities- Assist with activities of daily living, such as household maintenance, transportation, and personal care
- Build strong relationships with individuals with disabilities, learning their unique needs and preferences
- Provide support and assistance with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Assist with medication administration and other health-related tasks
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours
We offer a competitive wage of $16.67/hour plus an additional $1/hour shift differential. Our team members also enjoy 60 hours of paid vacation during the first year of employment, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability.
