We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks for rehabilitation projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance tasks for rehabilitation projects, including repairing and replacing flooring, drywall, cabinetry, countertops, safety and security systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct painting (interior and exterior) and grounds/landscaping maintenance.
- Clean and maintain common areas and resident apartments.
- Ensure timely completion of all unit turnovers according to FPI guidelines or based on the established scope of work for the property location.
- Assist with required periodic inspections as outlined in the Safety and Maintenance Manuals or as specified by Client or Lender.
- Provide on-call/after-hours response services as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Maintenance Manual.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Competitive hourly rate: $24 - $28 per hour.
