We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team as a Float Lead. As a Lead Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and serving as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Coordinate patient care needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, obtained within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license, obtained prior to hire date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, preferred.
- Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
