We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist I to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Physical Therapist I, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients to establish functional, measurable goals to promote restoration of functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet established goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and reassess patient's functional status.
  • Provide discharge planning information, including patient/family education, follow-up, and referral to community resources.
  • Contribute to the development of staff and students.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve healthcare delivery.
Requirements
  • Licensure: PT
  • BLS Certification within 14 days of hire
