Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-home and community-based crisis de-escalation and intervention services to families and children in crisis.
- Collaborate with Case Workers and Clinicians to develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Respond to calls received through a centralized screening entity, providing timely and effective support to families in crisis.
- Work closely with community partners and referral sources to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-stress situations.
Catholic Charities' Mobile Response program provides families with counseling, guidance, and referral services to address juvenile crises and help stabilize and preserve the family unit. Our services are designed to defuse immediate crises, keep children and families safe, and maintain children in their own homes or current living situations.
