Job Overview

Access Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bucks County to join our esteemed team. As an ABA Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert behavioral services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

With a base salary of $72,000 and additional incentive pay ranging from $80 to $100 per hour for billable hours beyond 80 hours per 4-week cycle, this role offers exceptional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of behavior function and apply applied behavior analytic principles to develop effective interventions.
  • Utilize expertise in behavior analysis to assess skills deficits and behavioral needs for clients receiving ABA services.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) to address targeted behaviors.
  • Select and design behavioral interventions for ABA services.
  • Analyze data to determine changes needed to behavioral interventions and exercise discretion and judgment.
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB and IBHS guidelines.
  • Model adherence to BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • SUPPORT skill development/training among staff via modeling or suggested/assigned training modules.
  • Evaluate treatment integrity measures, provide feedback to caregiver teams, and ensure reliability among staff/caregivers.
  • Review clinical notes, data, and documents monthly to provide constructive feedback and remediate concerns.
  • Foster service delivery focused on operationally defined target and replacement behaviors and progress monitoring.
Requirements
  • MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or relevant social sciences field (required)
  • License in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or professional with a scope of practice including ABA services (required)
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis (required)
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services (required)
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance (required)
  • No Driver's License suspensions in the last 48 months
