Lean Manufacturing Professional

We are seeking a driven Lean Manufacturing Professional to lead process improvements and enhancements at Wausau Window and Wall Systems. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and refine processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Development and Implementation: Utilize your expertise to create, execute, and optimize processes that maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaison Role: Foster strong relationships between teams to guarantee seamless communication and mutual understanding.
- Safety and Ergonomics: Collaborate with our safety team to identify and mitigate ergonomic risks, promoting a safe working environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems, drive solutions, and provide valuable insights to inform manufacturing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering related field.
- Mechanical aptitude, experience working in a team environment, and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), AutoCAD, and understanding MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics, and occasional travel.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
