About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of our patients, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, modifying as needed to ensure patient progress and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our rehabilitation programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Wisconsin
  • ASHA certification or eligibility for certification
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
