Key Responsibilities
- Execute a range of tasks for clients within their homes, focusing primarily on the delivery, installation, and networking of home entertainment systems.
- Maintain communication with clients to disclose diagnostic findings and offer recommendations for safeguarding their devices.
- Assist in managing inventory and the upkeep of the service vehicle.
- Provide constructive feedback and training to in-store teams and aid with repairs on-site.
- Hands-on experience with consumer electronics and a willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
- No DUI/DWI or reckless driving offenses in the past three years.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
- At least six months of experience in consumer electronics, whether in sales, operations, or technology services.
