Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Emeryville, CA and surrounding areas. As an LPN, you will provide direct care for patients/residents, supervise HHA and CNA staff, and perform various duties as requested by the supervisor.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care for patients/residents, including wound care, assisting with breathing treatments, and bowel program experience
- Supervise HHA and CNA staff
- Perform transfers with overhead Hoyer Lift and ileal conduit (Urostomy) experience
- Assist with scheduling and other duties as requested by the supervisor
- Michigan RN/LPN license without disciplinary actions
- Recent and relevant experience in home care
- Current TB, Physical, and Clean background check
- Driver's license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation
