Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care for patients/residents, including wound care, assisting with breathing treatments, and bowel program experience

  • Perform transfers with overhead Hoyer Lift and ileal conduit (Urostomy) experience
  • Assist with scheduling and other duties as requested by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Michigan RN/LPN license without disciplinary actions
  • Recent and relevant experience in home care
  • Current TB, Physical, and Clean background check
  • Driver's license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation
