Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our educational team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Design and execute tailored treatment strategies for students facing speech and language difficulties.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students, either one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success both academically and socially.
  • Track student progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing insights on objectives and necessary accommodations.
  • Keep precise and current records of all services rendered.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention methodologies in speech and language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, families, educators, and other professionals.
  • Capability to cultivate a nurturing and interactive therapy environment for students.
