Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Summit Medical Staffing. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines
- Position patients for optimal image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of clinical imaging experience
- Experience in an Academic Level - Trauma center or similar size hospital
- Prior traveler experience highly preferred
- Certification by appropriate body (ARRT)
- Wisconsin Radiological License
- BLS - issued by American Heart Association only
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
