Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to adult patients in their homes, working closely with our clients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience, preferably in home health or adult care
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
