Compensation and Benefits:
OECP provides a competitive remuneration package, along with comprehensive benefits for full-time providers, which includes:
- Tiered compensation structure based on experience ($68.00-$88.00 hourly)
- Eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses based on patient experience/RVU after 6 months
