- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver patient care and promote a culture of safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental functions.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in medical surgical.
- A competitive compensation package, including base rate, float, shift, and weekend differentials.
- Mileage reimbursement for those who split shifts between facilities.
- Flexible self-scheduling and no on-call requirements.
