As a Research Scientist, you will conduct analyses on ERW datasets, interpret geochemical results, and work with academic and commercial partners. Key responsibilities include scientific expertise, research network building, and science communication. The ideal candidate has a PhD or Masters in soil science, geochemistry, or a relevant field, with experience in research program and project management.

The Research Scientist will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Deep understanding of soil geochemistry and ability to conduct MRV calculations based on elemental mass balance principles.
- Ability to bring in new research collaborations with existing networks established by the candidate.
- Excellent communication skills to enable regular internal reporting and consistent leadership in peer-review publishing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Qualifications- PhD or Masters Degree in soil science, geochemistry, or a relevant technical subject matter.
- Early career stage applicants are encouraged, ideally with 2-3 years' experience or equivalent education.
- Proven ability to work independently to analyze complex datasets and clearly present outcomes.
- Clear discernment and tracking of what key ERW research topics should be emphasized.
- Basic geochemical modeling such as aqueous speciation calculations is strongly desired.
