  • Contribute to the production workflow to satisfy market needs
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Regularly monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks
