We are seeking a skilled Meat Department Specialist to join our team at Windham IGA. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have access to a wide variety of fresh, high-quality meat and poultry products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive, stock, and merchandise meat department products
  • Order and stock prepackaged deli items and frozen food products
  • Ensure proper inventory control and product rotation
  • Assist customers with special requests and answer questions about our meat products and services

**Requirements:**

  • 3 years retail meat cutting experience in a butcher shop or grocery store
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
