Senior Engineering Manager, Network Architecture

The Senior Engineering Manager at NetApp will lead a team responsible for developing solutions that meet customer needs. The Networking team focuses on engineered systems and cloud services. Responsibilities include directing software development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving the adoption of new technologies. Effective communication with various stakeholders is crucial. Experience managing software development teams, influencing peers, and building strong working relationships is essential. A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, quality assurance processes, and project management methodologies is necessary. This position requires a minimum of 8 years related to people leadership and project management. Additionally, 10+ years in technology or other software development industry are preferred. A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is necessary.
