Job Overview:

At Off The Hook Restaurants, we're passionate about sharing the authentic flavors of Cajun cuisine with our customers. As a Cashier Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role:

You'll be the friendly face that greets our customers and ensures a seamless checkout experience. Your primary responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, handling cash and payments, and addressing customer inquiries with a positive attitude. You'll work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by providing excellent customer service and supporting your colleagues.
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
• Ensure all guests receive Southern Hospitality and are taken care of throughout their dining experience.

Requirements for Success:

• Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must complete all required company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
