Job Title: Registered Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Waterford Dialysis. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-dialysis patient assessments, including vital signs and vascular access evaluation.
  • Maintain accountability for patient care coordination and delivery.
  • Plan, organize, and implement patient care plans for patients of all ages.
  • Coordinate and delegate nursing care to patient team members.
  • Review physician orders, collect pre-treatment dialysis data, and review patient records.
  • Provide supervision to patient team members based on their level of training and patient acuity.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required.
  • Demonstrated basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Prior experience providing nursing care to patients on acute dialysis.
