The assembly team is responsible for placing customers' artwork in their custom frames. Assemblers use a variety of tools and cleaning products to perform their role and must be comfortable working with their hands.

A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure the frames meet our quality standards and that the artwork fits perfectly within the frame every time.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation
• Dependability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to remain focused in fast paced environment
• Adapt & act quickly (various frame sizes, molding types, etc)
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use/read a tape measure
• Strong background in teamwork
• Self-motivated

Able to communicate effectively with team and supervisors

Ideal candidate:

• Previous work experience: Carpentry, quality, bank teller, schoolteacher, nurse, etc.
• Hobbies: Woodworking, club/team sports (working as a team to accomplish goals)
