Supply Chain Director

Impact Housing is a leading developer of housing in Southern California, focused on solving the region's housing crisis through its mission-driven, vertically integrated model. We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Supply Chain Director to oversee the buying of materials and supplies for our operations.

This role involves negotiating prices with vendors, evaluating product quality, and identifying new suppliers through market research and industry events. As a key member of our team, you will lead and direct all facets of purchasing supply chain management, providing leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis.

• Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.
• Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Assess material availability; reasonably predict future availability based on market trends and delivery systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10-15 years of experience in a related field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as supervisory and leadership abilities.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range of $165,000-$175,000 dependent upon experience and certification, plus benefits including health insurance, vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay, ownership of company equity, and a 401K retirement plan.
