Job Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
  • ASHA certification or eligibility for certification
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
