Licensed Practical Nurse Leadership Role

This part-time Licensed Practical Nurse role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors. As a Resident Services Supervisor LPN, you will oversee nursing personnel and coordinate care delivery to ensure residents receive quality care.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for caregivers
- Coordinating care delivery to meet resident needs in accordance with professional standards of practice
- Ensuring that residents receive quality care through physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing, including dementia population, preferred
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license required
