About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
