We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Ashtabula County Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough patient screenings, including medical history and preparation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and infection control standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in MRI technology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Licensed by the State of Ohio.
- Two years of clinical experience as a staff technologist, preferred.
