Maximus is seeking a dedicated Fatherhood and Family Resource Specialist to join our Indiana Fatherhood Project. This full-time, hybrid remote position is based in Terre Haute or Richmond, IN, and requires some onsite work. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering fathers and strengthening families in your community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing eligibility and program service maintenance.
  • Guide customers through various stages of the application process, from enrollment to benefit and service allocation.
  • Assist customers in accessing essential services aligned with program objectives, including educational or vocational training, medical care, childcare, transportation, mental health resources, legal assistance, and other pertinent needs.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to address needs, resolve concerns, and ensure their requirements are met satisfactorily.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation for all customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive records of activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must reside in Terre Haute or Richmond, IN, and be willing and able to work onsite as needed.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
