ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the Continuous Quality Control (CQC) System
  • Ensure Contractor adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Manage Contractor Risk Management System (RMS)
  • Accountable for all deliverables to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
  • Maintain effective communication with USACE representatives
  • Execute additional related tasks as required
  • Engage in Safety and Environmental programs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience in dredging and 3 years in Quality Control
  • Quality Control Certification
  • Comprehensive understanding of dredging processes and machinery
  • Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations
  • Willingness to work at remote project sites
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Eligibility to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
  • Knowledge of dredging operations
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Key competencies include stress management, teamwork, and a results-oriented approach
