Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Concierge to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their requests, and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate and arrange special requests, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
  • Announce visitors and contractors to guests and implement access control measures.
  • Answer and process all calls, messages, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Assist with owner reservation services, scheduling elevator moves, and bell/valet services.
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and review shift logs/daily memo books.
  • Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
