Deli Baker

We are seeking a skilled Deli Baker to join our team at Pilot Company. As a Deli Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food to company standards by following process cards and maintaining food safety and handling standards and practices.
• Store Operations: Organize and stock work areas, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent guest service skills and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Sales and Transactions: Complete accurate sales transactions and maintain processes and policies.

• Guest Service Skills: Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Food Safety: Ability to follow food safety and handling standards and practices.
