Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pool and Spa Technician to join our team at Pool and Spa Depot in Cookeville, TN.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot and repair pool and spa equipment at customer homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and repair pool or spa equipment
  • Test installed equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Explain and demonstrate equipment operation to customers
  • Complete work orders and follow up paperwork
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the pool and spa industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with pool components and chemistry is essential
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
