We are seeking a Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Whitsons Culinary Group. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

**Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and serves food according to menus and in correct portion sizes as mandated by yield guides.
  • Ensures that all food is handled safely and hygienically.
  • Cleanliness is paramount, and you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Brews coffee and fills beverage machines to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Delivers food to staff, students, and catering events in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complies with all state, Federal, local health department requirements for safe food handling.
  • Follows assigned break schedules to maintain a consistent and reliable service.

**Requirements:

  • You must have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and the ability to operate a point-of-sale system would be beneficial.
