Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team at IMS People. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks while adhering to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct mechanical and electrical assembly as per specifications using the necessary tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and perform all required quality checks and testing.
- Package finished products and coordinate delivery to the storage area.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
- Notify supervisors of any defective materials or equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and behavioral expectations.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 10 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Must possess prior Manufacturing or Assembly experience (excluding Food Assembly).
- Proficient in using various manual and electro-pneumatic tools and testing equipment.
- Able to interpret and follow work instructions, procedures, and assembly drawings.
- Capable of accurately recording data in a timely manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
