We also offer a Sign-On Bonus of $7,500 for all full-time hires and a Competitive Salary of $33.00-$41.00/hr with Shift Differentials.
Responsibilities:
Our Registered Nurses are responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
They review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
They also review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans.
Our nurses evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met.
They implement physicians' orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
Our nurses seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
They set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare's nursing facility.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
1 year of nursing experience is preferred, and previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term healthcare facility is a plus.
Our nurses must possess a current CPR license.
