  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Experience with ventilator care and management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying patient ratios.
  • Proficiency in Epic charting system.
  • Current LPN license and BLS certification.
