Your Responsibilities as a Residential Care Coordinator:
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary representative of Wabash Recovery, ensuring our clients receive outstanding care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing daily recreational activities
- Leading group discussions
- Observing and documenting client behavior
- Maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility
- Assisting with meal preparation and service
- Additional tasks as assigned
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day and Night shifts available
- Driver's License (Required)
This position requires in-person engagement with clients, fostering a supportive and safe environment for recovery. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with a criminal record, to apply for this fulfilling role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $19.00 per hour
