At Xponential Fitness LLC, we're seeking a skilled Flexibility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to our clients.

Your primary goal will be to help our clients improve their flexibility and range of motion through a variety of stretching techniques. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop personalized stretching plans to help them achieve their objectives.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll also be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and providing exceptional customer service. This includes responding to client inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing ongoing support to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
  • Develop and implement personalized stretching plans for clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, athletic training, or Pilates/Yoga instruction
  • Fitness certification required
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
  • Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
