This is a permanent position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of an accredited program for Endoscopy Technicians preferred. Certification as an Endoscopy Technician, if available, is highly desirable. Previous experience in an endoscopy setting or similar role is required. Familiarity with critical access hospital environments, including ED, Med Surg, and LTC, is essential. Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures is necessary. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to team collaboration and patient care are required.
